Why turmeric is seen a lot in my meal plans! A great anti-inflammatory food that helps with so much!
I personally enjoy it but know not everyone likes it, use capsules with pepper instead if you want the benefits but don’t enjoy eating it. I typically put it in most of the foods I make! Remember that pepper helps with the absorption of turmeric in the body! **If you for some reason have a bad reaction to turmeric please discontinue using it and stick to other anti-inflammatory herbs**
