The 2 week jump start is a 2 week plan that focuses on a very specific way of eating for quick weight loss results that gives you a good "Jump start" when just starting out or when you feel stuck in your journey.  Must be followed with a plan directly after to continue progress and prevent regain. Not to be used while pregnant or breastfeeding.
